Muzzafarnagar is once again in news and this time because of its unusual decision by Khap Panchayat. It says that jeans and mobile phones are the reason women get raped and eve teased, therefore they are restricted to wear them. This action has raised a question on Uttar Pradesh government. Earlier also, in many comments authorities of state have mentioned that its indirectly a girl's mistake if she is raped. Instead of banning jeans for girls, Why don't they take some strict action against the attacker? Every citizen is free to wear according to their own choice...then this ban is completely senseless.
